MULTAN: The APML will take part in the local government elections in the province and party chief Pervez Musharraf has convened a meeting in Karachi to finalise the strategy. Talking to newsmen here on Monday, APML south Punjab secretary general Dr Farrukh Cheema said that party chairman Pervez Musharraf had assigned the target of completing intra-party elections in south Punjab districts within days. He said that the APML would field candidates in all union councils in south Punjab. He said that seat adjustment with other political parties had still not been decided. Criticising the PML-N government, Dr Farrukh said that it had failed in providing relief to the people.
