Imran Farooq case: All foreign witnesses testimony completed
ISLAMABAD: An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday completed recording statements of all the foreign witnesses in the murder case of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq, and adjourned hearing till February 13. ATC judge Shahrukh Arjamand conducted hearing in the murder case in which all the three accused — Khalid Shamim, Moazam Ali and Mohsin Ali —were produced before the court. Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) prosecutor Khawaja Imtiaz and counsel for British High Commission Barrister Toby Cadman also appeared before the court.
During the proceedings, forensic expert Robert Charlis recorded his statement through video link. He stated that Farooq died due to injuries on face and head. Dr Robert Chipman, who conducted autopsy of the victim, also recorded his statement via video link.
