Nasir Hussain replaces Ghani as information minister
In another shuffle in the Sindh cabinet, Nasir Hussain Shah has been made the Sindh Information minister.
According to a notification issued by Sindh Chief Secretary Mumtaz Ali Shah on Monday night, former information minister Saeed Ghani has now been given the portfolio of the education and literacy, while he will continue to work as the minister for the labour department too.
Besides being the new information minister, Nasir Hussain Shah will continue to act as the minister for the local government, the housing town planning, the forest, and the religious affairs. Nasir has worked as the Sindh information minister in a previous ear too.
Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, who is the minister for industries, commerce and cooperation, has been given the additional responsibility of the enquiries and anti-corruption establishment.
The portfolio of enquiries and anti-corruption establishment was earlier with Sohail Anwar Siyal who will continue to act as the minister for irrigation, zakat and ushr, and the auqaf departments.
