GHAZI: A seminary teacher allegedly tortured a student in Gandgarki area here on Saturday.
Uncle of the student said teacher Sanaullah tortured his nephew by subjecting him to electric shocks and burning his body with hot knives. He said his nephew Ashir Khan, 16, was studying at the Madrassa Taleemul Quran. A case had been registered against the accused.
