NANKANA SAHIB: Interior Minister Ijaz Shah has said that former premier Mian Nawaz Sharif will return to the country after completion of his medical treatment.
He said this while talking to journalists at the DC Office on Monday. The minister said that economy had come out from the ICU but it was still in hospital. He claimed that there was no scarcity of flour in the country. He told that 80 per cent revenue was going in the payment of interest of loans. He said that the threats of the Indian army chief had no worth and it was just like a statement of a coward. He said that the defence of the country was in safe and powerful hands. He said that the economy of the country was getting better day by day. He said that development schemes worth over Rs 6 billion were continued in the district. He said that the construction work on the Baba Guru Nanak International University would be completed in three years. DC Raja Mansoor, DPO Ismailur Rehman, MPA Mian Atif and others were also present.
