TOBA TEK SINGH: A youth allegedly set his father’s house on fire over a property dispute on Thursday. As s result, the fire damaged all rooms and valuables of the house.
Haji Muhammad Khan Sadhiana of Chak 764/GB told Arrouti police that he and other family members saved their lives by running when his son Ramzan threw kerosene oil and set it to fire.
Two injured in fog-related accident: Two people sustained critical injuries in a collision between two vehicles owing to fog on a road on Thursday.
Shakeel Ahmad was driving a vehicle of a bread manufacturing company and the company’s salesman Muhammad Hussain was also in the vehicle. When they reached near Kamalia bypass at Asrfraz Chowk a bus hit them in fog, leaving them injured critically. The bus passengers also sustained minor injuries. TEVTA reconstitutes board of management: Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Thursday reconstituted TEVTA board of management for the district’s institutions.
