The Sindh High Court has directed the Dow University for Health and Science to submit its admission policy for medical students.
Shariq Jan and other petitioners have challenged the admission policy of the DUHS for not allowing admissions to students having domiciles of other cities and districts.
They say that students from other districts have the right to sit in the entry test and they should be allowed admissions on open merit. The DUHS counsel submitted that the university offers admissions to students having domiciles of Karachi and sought time to submit the admission policy.
