FAISALABAD: A 20-yaer-old maid was allegedly clubbed to death by her landlady at Chak 413/GB, Tandlianwala, on Monday.
Reportedly, Musarrat Bibi was allegedly clubbed to death by Uzma Bibi, wife of Pir Syed Rizwan Ali Shah, for not cleaning the house properly. The body of Musarrat Bibi was allegedly being shifted for disposal in an ambulance a police party deputed at Mari Pattan searched the ambulance and found the body.
The police informed the Tandlianwala police about the matter and they took the body in custody. Sadar police have registered a case on the report of Sarfraz Ahmad, brother of Musarrat Bibi. Meanwhile, CM Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and directed RPO Rifat Mukhtar to depute a senior police officer to launch an investigation of the case.
