Traffic wardens foil kidnapping bid

LAHORE: Traffic wardens foiled a kidnapping attempt and recovered a 27-year-old woman from kidnappers at Gawalmandi Chowk Thursday. The wardens handed over the woman to local police for further investigation. The woman identified as Nabeed had come from Mianwali on a bus and as she came out of the bus, some unidentified suspects kidnapped her. She made hue and cry over which wardens rescued her. Later, the CTO appreciated the traffic wardens.
