Ch Pervaiz Elahi lauds private sector’s role in education
LAHORE:Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Pervaiz Elahi has said the private sector is providing valuable services in the education sector but practical measures are essential for success in practical life after securing degree.
Addressing a university convocation, he said Pakistan is the identity of all of us and nobody should compare Muslims of India and Pakistan. “The two-nation theory has come to the fore openly in India. Pakistan is lone nuclear state and our atomic programme is much better and safer than India,” he added.
He said the government should provide facilities to the private sector and remove obstructions which Shahbaz Sharif hade raised. “In 10 years, the PML-N created obstruction in every work, we were establishing two international universities along the Sialkot Motorway but the PML-N government closed the projects because of which the universities were shifted to India,” he claimed.
