ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday approved government’s review petition in the case pertaining to extension in the service tenure of Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa. The plea has been allotted number for initial hearing. It is to be mentioned here that the review petition has pleaded with the court to constitute a larger bench and nullify the given judgment in the case. It has requested the court to conduct in-camera hearing of the case.
