SUKKUR: The Accountability Court, Sukkur, ordered NAB to submit the corruption reference against PPP MNA Syed Khursheed Shah and 18 others allegedly involved in the assets beyond means case by January 7.
The NAB Sukkur had filed an assets beyond means reference of Rs1.229 billion against PPP MNA Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah and 18 other co-accused including wives, sons and nephew, Sindh Transport Minister, Syed Owais Kadir Shah and MPA Farrukh Shah.
During Tuesday's hearing, the Accountability Court ordered NAB to furnish the corruption reference and other evidence till January 7. The SHC had suspended the bail granted to the PPP MNA in the assets beyond means case by the accountability court on personal surety bonds.
The NAB had produced Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah in the court under tight security. The other accused including Minister Owais Shah and MPA Farrukh Shah and others were also present in the court.
