DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The officials of the Anti-Corruption Department on Tuesday raided a ‘ghost school’ and arrested the teacher and two officials of the Education Department.On the complaint of the school peon Fazlur Rehman, the officials of the Anti-Corruption Department led by Judicial Magistrate raided the Government Girls Primary School Zelli Hasnain. During the raid, the officials discovered that the school building had been converted into a residential quarter by a tribal family. On the request of Director Anti-Corruption Ziaullah Toru, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Amjad Khan ordered the arrest of the schoolteacher and two female officials of the Education Department. The accused were arrested and resumption of educational activities at the school were ordered.
