Jamaat Islami (JI) will observe its 75th foundation day on Wednesday (today) by holding seminars and meetings all over the country.
A JI spokesman said the central and provincial leaders of JI will address programmes in various cities and towns including Karachi and Lahore. JI acting ameer Liaqat Baloch will address the foundation day programme at Karachi while JI naib ameer Rashid Naseem will chair a programme at Bela, Balochistan. Punjab JI naib ameer Amirul Azeem will chair a ceremony at Sheikhupura, the spokesman concluded.
