PSB finance committee meeting today

KARACHI: The finance committee meeting of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) will be held at the Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad on Wednesday (today) at 11am.
In the meeting, which will be chaired by joint secretary ministry for inter-provincial coordination (IPC) Khalid Mehmood Mirza, allocation of funds will be made for international events, annual grants of the federations and cash prizes for the medal-winners of various international events.
PSB Director General Dr Akhtar Nawaz Ganjera and financial advisor Arshad Ahmed are the other key members of the committee which also has a representative of the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA). A sum of Rs957 million as non-development budget has been allocated for 2015-16.
