MULTAN: RPO Tariq Masood Yasin has strongly condemned the brutal killing of Punjab home minister Col (retd) Shuja Khanzada in a suicide attack.
In a statement, the RPO condemned the killing of the minister and said that Shuja Khanzada was a brave soldier and patriotic Pakistani and took bold steps for eradication of terrorism. He said that the martyred minister always tried to save the future of next generations. Meanwhile, a special meeting was held at the Police Lines to pay tributes to the martyred minister here. The meeting was chaired by CPO Azhar Akram while all the police officers of the city participated in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, CPO Azhar Akram lauded the services of Shuja Khanzada and said that it was a coward suicide attack by terrorists, which claimed several lives. He was an honest, dutiful army officer and certainly uncontroversial politician, he added.
