Locals block traffic in protest

MULTAN: A boy was killed in an accident on Saturday.
A speeding tractor-trolley hit 16-year-old Afaaq Ahmed of Bodla Town locality at Qasoori chowk, leaving him dead on the spot.
Family members and locals put the body on the road and protested against the killer driver of the tractor trolley and blocked traffic for hours. The deceased youth’s sister Khalida demanded justice. They ended the protest when police high-ups assured them that the killer driver would be arrested. Police said that the driver had been escaped. Bahauddin Zakariya police have registered a case and started investigation.
