High flood at various Sindh barrages

SUKKUR: High flood persisted at Guddu, Sukkur and Kotri barrages in River Indus after flood water of Guddu-Sukkur towards Kotri mounted its pressure at various locations of Larkana and other parts.
The irrigation officials reached at Larkana-Khairpur Bridge near Sher Mohammed Jatoi village along with heavy machinery to plug the leakages at L.S dyke by a Mangli construction, where the erode and seepage started on Friday evening.
Senior Minister for Irrigation and Information Nisar Khuhro directed the officials to immediately plug the leakages and report the situation.
