CHITRAL: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq on Wednesday said that de-seating Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Members National Assembly (MNA) in the National Assembly would create political mayhem in the country.
Speaking at a press conference, the JI chief said that all the political parties should focus on the real issues and controversies should be avoided. “Incumbent government should complete its term,” he said, adding that everyone should accept decision of the Judicial Commission. Political stability would strengthen the country’s economy, he added.
He said that as Chitral had suffered huge losses and the federal and provincial governments should take extraordinary steps to restore infrastructure, educational institutions, health facilities and power stations on emergency basis.Sirajul Haq said that JI would leave no stone unturned in the rehabilitation and relief activities in Chitral district.
