Threats from parents Love marriage couple commits suicide Two others end life in separate incidents From Our Correspondent FAISALABAD: A newly-married couple committed suicide on receiving threats from their parents at Chak 429/GB on Monday. Abdur Razzaq had contracted love marriage with Humera Bibi some months ago against the wishes of their families. Their parents had been threatening them of dire consequences. On the day of the incident, Razzaq and his wife Humera ended their lives by swallowing poisonous pills. Meanwhile, a boy of Dijkot and a girl of Chak 378/TB, Rodala Road, also committed suicide in separate incidents. The motive behind the incidents is said to be domestic disputes. TWO KILLED: Two people were killed in as many incidents here on Monday. In the first incident, Sajid Majeed was killed when a car hit his motorcycle near Chowk Nishatabad. Police are investigating. In the second incident, labourer Shahid Akbar was working on the roof of an under-construction building at Nematabad when he suddenly fell down. As a result, he died on the spot.
