Pakistan hockey team leaves for Germany
LAHORE: Pakistan Hockey team left here on Saturday night for Germany to play two Test matches prior to its participation in the Olympic qualifiers being played in Holland.
Pak team will warm-up for their challenging assignment of Olympic Qualifiers by playing Germany in two back to back matches on October 22 and 23, said a spokesman of the Pakistan Hockey Federation here. He said from Germany the team will proceed to Holland to play two Olympic qualifiers to be played on October 26 and 27.
“The winner of the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers will qualify for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020,” he said.
