Until recently loadshedding in Arya Mohalla, Rawal-pindi, and around was according to a schedule and it was fair enough. Now Iesco has resorted to unannounced outages. Electricity goes in the middle of an hour and after 1 a.m. it almost daily goes after every hour. This has disturbed the residents and made life miserable. The fear of dengue does not allow you to sleep in the open. Iesco higher authorities need to look into the matter.
