FAISALABAD: As many as 12,000 students on Sunday appeared in the University of Agriculture Faisalabad’s third admission test for 3,000 seats for undergraduate programmes academic year 2015-16.
The test centres were established in 11 cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Layyah, Multan, Rahimyar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Toba Tek Singh and Vehari. The tests were carried out under the new admission policy. The successful candidates of the entry test can get the admission brochures available at the Habib Bank, UAF Branch, and offices of the principal sub-campuses from July 31 and submit the forms till Aug 13. The merit list will be displayed on Aug 17. Meanwhile, UAF Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad visited the different centres of the entry test and said that the UAF was making all-out efforts to provide quality education. He said that current enrolment of the varsity had surpassed 21,000 students while it was offering 165 degree programmes.
