Designer jailed

DUBAI A designer is challenging a six-month imprisonment that he was handed for secretly filming his female flatmates naked using a digital camera he fitted in a hung dress in the washroom.
The 37-year-old Filipino designer, J.L., fixed a small digital camera in the dress and hung it on the washroom door in November to secretly film his flatmates undress.
The Dubai Court of First Instance jailed J.L. six month after convicting him of breach of privacy and molesting an unknown number of women who were unidentified.
