Let’s plant a tree

If a large number of trees are planted on both sides of Nullah Lai it would address both the environment and flood issues.
The Lai Nullah basin has a catchment area of 234.8 square km. Soil on both sides of Nullah Lai is fertile and wet. There is no need of extra water for growing trees. Similarly, land in other nullahs and steams of the country can be used for planting trees.
