Dacoit snatch valuables by erecting hurdles on road From Our Correspondent GUJRANWALA: Dacoits snatches cash and valuables from locals during Eid holidays by erecting hurdles on road near Gakhar grid station. The robbers snatched more than Rs 2 lakh from trader Sheikh Alam and Rs 2 lakh from trader Sheikh Shabbir. Dacoits snatched cash, ornaments and cellphones from five families by erecting hurdles on a road in the area of Gakhar police. Bandits entered a bakery in civil lines police area and collected cash and cell phones from customers in the area of civil lines police. RAIN: Locals enjoyed the first rain of month Sawan. They expressed joy when they received light rain after scorching heat during the holy month Ramazan.
