Cricket triumph

Pakistan’s emphatic win in the third Test against Sri Lanka, and with it the series, again emphasises that despite being deprived of international cricket and with the most pathetic first class structure we are still at number three in the ICC Test ranking.
What would our ranking be if we improved our domestic cricket structure and made a sincere effort towards reviving international cricket in Pakistan?
