Five Afghans held

CHAKWAL: City police and Kallar Kahar police Saturday arrested five Afghans who were living illegally in Chakwal district.
The police in its crackdown on Afghans staying illegally in the district arrested Muhammad Yar, Faiz Ullah, Qamar Gul, Hikmat Ullah and Njeeb Ullah.
They were booked under Foreign Act.
ROBBER HELD: Sadr police arrested a robber.
Police arrested Abdul Ghafoor of Shaikhpura and recovered a 30-bore pistol from his possession.
Police also arrested Shehzad Ghulam Hussain of Janga village and recovered 115gm charas from him and Naveed Ayaz of Kallar Kahar and recovered 110gm charas from him.
