SUKKUR: Lawyers on Wednesday protested against the killing of senior lawyer Sahib Khan Kanasiro and boycotted the court proceedings of District and Session Court as well as lower courts in Gambat and Thari Mirwah. Lawyers took out rallies and demanded the arrest of killers of the senior lawyer. The President District Bar Association, Khairpur, Mansoor Hussain Ansari, said that a protest would be continued till the arrest of killers. Safdar Kanasiro, the son of the deceased lawyer, registered an FIR against 15 accused belonging to Abra clan. SSP Khairpur Amjad Shaikh met with the heirs of the deceased lawyer and got details of the incident. The killed senior lawyer was the father of Additional Sessions Judge Sanghar Ghulam Ali, ATC Judge Karachi Farman Ali and Ayaz Ali, Senior Civil Judge, Nausharoferoz.
