FAISALABAD: CPO Afzal Ahmad Kausar has directed the SHOs of the district to remain present in their offices from 5pm to 7pm daily to listen to eth complaints of the masses.
He asked the cops to deal complainants with politeness and respect. The CPO warned that action would be taken against those SHOs who would not follow the instructions. He said that it was the duty of the SHOs and other cops to entertain the complaints of citizens and take appropriate action on their complaints.
