This refers to the letter, ‘No more executions, please’ (June 22) by Abid Habib. It is unfair to raise a hue and cry over their executions. These culprits are proven criminals and therefore deserve no mercy.
Different NGOs are spreading misconception about lapses in their trials. We should emphasise that the litigation process must be based on full justice – arrest, fair trial and then execution according to the punishment awarded by a trial court.
