From Our Correspondent
SIALKOT: Former PPP Sialkot secretary general Haji Mushtaq Ahmed Mughal Tuesday stressed immediate removal of all office bearers of the party in district and tehsil Sialkot to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
Talking to reporters at his office, Mughal called for making the party an important political force to contest the forthcoming local bodies’ elections and next general election. He urged PPP Punjab president Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo to take urgent notice of the situation and initiate a prompt action in this regard to avoid further collapse of the party in Sialkot, and appoint loyal, well reputed and hardworking office bearers at every level.
Mughal said the PPP district leadership was showing very dismal performance for the last three decades and it was now on the verge of total destruction, saying a new dynamic leadership at district and tehsil level was a need of the time.
