LAHORE: Chief Minister Usman Buzdar despite hot weather and Ramazan made three unannounced visits to the districts of Khushab, Bhakkar and Faisalabad.
The chief minister departed from Lahore at about 11:30 and returned at 6:30pm. The chief minister was scheduled to visit Bhakkar and Sargodha but in helicopter, he postponed his Bhakkar programme and directed the pilot to fly to Noorpur Thal. The pilot landed the helicopter in an empty plot due to unavailability of helipad at Noorpur Thal.
The district administration remained oblivious of his uninformed arrival. Usman Buzdar went to a Ramazan bazaar and a large number of people gathered there. He shook hands with them and inquired about their problems. They complained non-availability of a lady doctor in rural health centre on which the CM assured them that their problems would be resolved.
The CM met the office-bearers of Anjuman-e-Tajran and lawyers community. Later, the chief minister reached Tehsil Mankera of District Bhakkar. According to the scheduled programme, the chief minister had to visit Sargodha but he paid a surprise visit to Faisalabad where he visited Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology and Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company.
