School Education Department (SED), Punjab in collaboration with Unicef and Pakistan Girls’ Education Initiatives (PGEI) is going to organise a puppet show at the Auditorium of Children Library Complex (CLC) on Tuesday (today).
According to a press release, the show will highlight the importance of education, issues in enrolment of Out-Of-School Children (OOSC) and retention of enrolled students along with gender equity in education and transitions in schools.
The purpose is to create awareness regarding importance of education especially for girls in connection with the Emergency Enrolment Campaign (EEC) in Punjab.
