BAHAWALPUR: A missing youth was found dead near Yazman. Rab Nawaz had been missing since Thursday. On Saturday, police recovered his body tied to his motorcycle from a canal in Kudwala area. Police have shifted the body to the THQ Hospital for autopsy.
In another incident, Muhammad Arshad was gunned down by unidentified people near Khanpur in Khanpur Sadr police limits. According to his relatives, Arshad was going to the Khanpur press club to address a press conference against drug pushers of the area. He had lodged many complaints against the drugs traffickers.
