Registration of FIR against contractor sought
MANSEHRA: The Oghi Tehsil Council on Thursday unanimously passed a resolution seeking registration of first information report against the contractor who didn’t execute development projects despite receiving advance payments.
The session, which was held with convener Shaukat Awan in the chair, also passed other resolutions. Hafiz Mohammad Younus, who had moved resolution seeking registration of the FIR against the contractor, said the tehsil council had miserably failed to initiate legal action against contractors who left development schemes incomplete despite receiving payments. The member from Darband Union Council, Abdul Razzaq, said that the only public sector hospital in Darband town was without doctors and medicines and patients were referred to hospitals in parts of Hazara.
