Shopkeeper killed by neighbour
LAHORE : A shopkeeper was killed by his neighbour in the Kahna police area on Wednesday. The victim has been identified as Fayyaz, 25, a resident of Azad Town. He had a retailer shop in the area. On the day of the incident, locals identified as Asad and Bilal exchanged harsh words with him over some issue which resulted into scuffle. Asad reportedly called his accomplices and attacked the victim with bricks. One of the bricks hit his head and he died.
Police reached the scene after being informed and collected forensic evidences. Further investigations are underway. The accused persons fled. Man dies: A 35-year-old man was killed by a speeding car in the Hanjerwal police jurisdiction on Wednesday.
The victim has been identified as Asif, a resident of Hanjerwal. The victim was trying to cross a road when the car hit him from behind and he died. Police reached the scene and collected evidences. Police were trying to trace the accused driver.
