LAHORE: Punjab police have failed to arrest a proclaimed offender involved in the incidents of dacoity and life threats despite the lapse of over four years. Model Town court had declared Jawad Ashraf Far as a proclaimed offender on November 26, 2015 in a dacoity case registered against him at Ghalib Market police station on the complaint of Gull Mannan. In Gujranwala, one Muqarrab Khan got a case registered against the PO on hurling life threats. The complainants of the FIRs have alleged that the police have intentionally been delaying the arrest of the PO. They have appealed to the IG for immediate arrest of the accused for justice.
