Puppets and jokes

It was very surprising that the head of the BOI whenever invited to talk shows was not able to properly explain his point of view and spent valuable air time on making jokes. It appears that the government only wants puppets to head different organisations and not serious and mature individuals with demonstrated achievements in the past.
People who want to see the country grow do not want to see such self-centred businessmen trumpeting unreachable targets that mean nothing to common man. The PM is requested to review the performance of all such postings in the government and attached departments including PSEs.
