LAHORE: PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz has said her father is still not feeling well due to angina.
Along with her grandmother Shamim Begum and other family members, Maryam visited her father in the Kot Lakhpat Jail Thursday.
The party workers showered rose petals on the car of the family of their leader and shouted slogans in their favour. Talking to media while returning from jail, Shamim Begum said she hoped her son will soon be freed as she is praying for him. During the meeting with the family, Nawaz had to use a spray for relieving pain and breathlessness. “Please remember him in your daily prayers. Thank you all, Maryam tweeted after meeting the former premier.
