The federal government has agreed to the long-standing demand of residents of the tribal districts by restoring mobile internet service. The opening of mobile internet service will not only give voice to the people of the tribal districts, but will also be fruitful in spreading awareness among people of the area regarding different issues. Also, it will allow residents to enjoy their constitutional right to freedom of speech.
Let’s hope that the promised three percent amount earmarked in the divisible pool from the NFC award for the people of tribal districts is soon disbursed properly so that the people of the most troubled area of the country can take a sigh of relief after going through the most traumatic and devastating military operations.
