PESHAWAR: Two people were reportedly wounded in an explosion near the residence of a former Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) on the Charsadda Road on Monday. It was learnt that the explosion was heard near the residence of former MPA Malik Tehmash Khan on the Charsadda Road at around 4:30 pm.
Some reports said that Sahib Khan and a child named Abdul Qahar were wounded in the explosion triggered by a hand-grenade. SSP Operations, however, said that no-one was wounded and the explosion was caused by a small cracker. "It was just a cracker. A child Qahar brought it from his home and then it exploded.
