Charsadda police solve blind murder case
CHARSADDA: The police on Thursday claimed to have solved a blind murder case of a 22-year old youth.
Speaking at a news conference, District Police Officer Irfanullah Khan said they had constituted a team, headed by DSP City, Bashir Ahmad Yousazai, to probe the murder of Muzammail, 22. He said Muzammil was on his way to bazaar when he went missing in the jurisdiction of Prang Police Station on February 22.
The official added that his body parts were found near the Neko Baba Graveyards after the incident. The DOP said the police investigated the case along the scientific lines and succeeded to arrest the accused Akhtar Ali, a resident of Muslimabad, Railways Station Koroona, and Johar Ali, a resident of Kaptan Koroona. The police also recovered an axe, dagger, Rs55,000 cash and a cell phone from the accused.
