Multan Sultans fined for slow over-rate

SHARJAH: Multan Sultans have been fined for two slow overs in their Pakistan Super League match against Peshawar Zalmi here at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
The team breached article 2.5 of the PSL Code of Conduct for Player and Player Support Personnel, which relates to minor over-rate offences.As this was Multan Sultans’ first offence, their captain Shoaib Malik and rest of his players have been fined 10 percent each of their match fees. If Multan Sultans commit another slow over-rate offence, each of their playing members will be fined 20 percent of their match fees.
