LAHORE: The newly-formed Joint Investigation Team has summoned Shahbaz Sharif and Rana Sanaullah to appear today (Monday) in connection with the Model Town incident. Senior police officers have already recorded their statements before the JIT while the statements of the inspectors and officials have yet to be recorded. It is pertinent to mention that Rana Sanaullah was asked to appear before the JIT in January but he refused to appear.
