Players from 16 countries to feature in Tajammul ITF Jr Tennis
ISLAMABAD: As many as 16 countries players have confirmed entries for the Syed Tajammul Abbas ITF Pakistan Junior Tennis that gets under way with the qualifying round from Saturday.
Following two-day qualifying round the main round starts from February 17. Leading juniors from USA, Hong Kong, Turkey, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Korea, Germany, Kazakhstan, France, Russia, Philippines, Malaysia and Pakistan are to participate in the event.
A meeting of the Organizing Committee of Syed Tajammul Abbas ITF Pakistan Junior was held under the chairmanship of Senator Syed Dilawar Abbas (Patron Pakistan Tennis Federation & Islamabad Tennis Association, Hon. Life Time Sr. Vice President Asian Tennis Federation) regarding arrangements. The meeting was attended by Tournament Director, M Khalil Chughtai, ITF Supervisor M Arif Qureshi, and Event Organizer Ahsan Raza Zaidi.
