ABBOTTABAD: Deputy Commissioner Amir Afaq has said that skill development is a must to excel in all walks of life. He was addressing as chief guest at the closing ceremony of Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Programme organised by Idara Tadrees-ul-Quran and Orphanage here on Friday. The official asked the graduated girl students to utilise their skills in practical life and play an active role in nation building. He assured his full cooperation and support for the uplift of the IDARA and said it would be linked with TEVTA and other institutions.
