Minor killed, 25 injured in accident

CHAKWAL: A four-year-old girl was killed and 25 people suffered injuries when a bus fell into a ditch owing to its brakes failure in Manara locality on Chakwal-Khushab road on Tuesday evening.
Reportedly, the bus, that has the capacity of 40 passengers, was carrying more than one hundred people from Shahpur Sargodha to village Manara for a Majlis. The bus lost its control and its brakes failed and it fell into a ditch, leaving the baby girl dead and other 25 passengers injured.
The District Coordination Officer (DCO) and the District Police Officer (DPO) reached the spot.
MOTORCYCLIST KILLED IN ACCIDENT: A motorcyclist was killed when a truck hit him near Choa Saidan Shah on Tuesday.
Faheem Khan and Naseer Ullah were coming back to Choa Saidan Shah from village Khokar Bala on a motorcycle when a speeding truck hit them, leaving Faheem dead on the spot and Naseer injured.
