Murder convict to be hanged today From Our Correspondent GUJRANWALA: M Nawaz, a murder convict, will be hanged at the Central Jail here on Tuesday morning. Nawaz, son of Abdul Hameed, had murdered Ehsan Elahi on Oct 6, 1999. His all appeals had been rejected. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has stayed execution of murder convict Shahzad Ahmad who was scheduled to be hanged on Tuesday (today). He was convicted for murdering Razia Bibi on June 23, 2000. LAWYER INJURED: A lawyer was shot at and injured near THQ Hospital, Kamoke, on Monday. Rana Falk Sher was on his way when some unidentified accused shot at and injured him. Kamoke City police are investigating.
