KARACHI: Muzaffar Ali Shujra was elected as President Sindh Squash Association (SSA) in the elective General Council meeting on Sunday.
Razik H Rabbani and Ahmed Ali Rajput attended the meeting as observer from Sindh Sports Board (SSB) and Sindh Olympic Association (SOA), respectively. The affiliated units of SSA that participated in the meeting were from Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, Shikarpur, Larkana, Kotri/Jamshoro, and Mirpurkhas/Sanghar.
Other office bearers of SSA elected unanimously by the house through show of hands for four years were: Imran Khan from Karachi as Senior Vice President; Amir Khan from Karachi as Secretary General; and Abdul Samad Khan from Hyderabad as Treasurer.
The vice presidents elected were Arif Naveed from Sukkur, Shafqat Hussain Makkani from Larkana, Saad Baloch from Hyderabad, and Sana Ali Nabeel from Karachi.
The members of the executive committee are Shabbir Gul from Hyderabad, Saleem Sheikh from Shikarpur, Saba Ahmed from Karachi, and Farah Riaz from Karachi. Technical committee members are Imran Ishaq and Asim Faheem.
